Job Descriptions

Manage manpower requests for courier or non-courier roles by coordinating with vendors, the Recruitment team, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) vendors

Maintain the manpower database for turnover reports and conduct gap analysis

Manage courier partners regarding, but not limited to: attendance recapitulation, requests and recapitulation of warning letters, and escalating partner issues to the HRBP

Manage BPJS (social security) and private insurance regarding, but not limited to: payment reconciliation, collecting additional documents, and coordinating in the event of unforeseen incidents

Perform invoice reconciliation

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Law, or other relevant majors
• At least 2 years of work experience as HR, Vendor Management, Procurement, or Sales
• Proficient in operating Ms. Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, SUM IF)
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills
• Enjoy daily operational work that tends to be repetitive and administrative
• Willing to work mobile around the placement area
• Willing to be placed according to the assignment with 5 full working days in the office
