is the Indonesia-based health nutrition trading and operating platform of Leiteng Biotech Group. - Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end BPOM registration and notification process for all imported products to Indonesia.
- Prepare, organize, and submit registration dossiers, including ingredient documentation, COA, labeling, and technical files.
- Monitor BPOM approval progress and handle deficiency letters, clarifications, and follow-ups.
- Ensure product labels, claims, and advertising materials comply with Indonesian regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain an internal compliance documentation and archiving system.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, laboratories, and overseas suppliers on regulatory documentation.
- Continuously track updates in Indonesian supplement regulations and conduct internal training sessions.
- Support the sales team with regulatory and compliance reviews for products.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in BPOM registration (dietary supplements, food, or pharmaceuticals preferred).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian dietary supplement regulatory framework and registration procedures.
- Ability to independently prepare and manage registration dossiers.
- Good command of English (written and spoken), mandarin plus point.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and highly responsible.
- Experience in supplement companies or import trading companies is a plus.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NAD, NMN, and functional supplement registrations.
- Pharmacist background (Apoteker) is preferred.
