Branch Collection/Remedial Head responsible for managing and overseeing all collection and non-performing loan resolution operations at branch level to achieve company-set collection targets (WO, NPL, and Cash Collection).
Key responsibilities
Manage and oversee entire collection and remedial operations at branch level to achieve established collection targets (WO, NPL, and Cash Collection)
Conduct evaluation, monitoring, and analysis of problematic financing portfolio periodically and develop risk mitigation strategies in the branch area
Lead, direct, and evaluate performance of internal collection team (field collector, desk collector) and external collection agencies to ensure compliance with SOP and applicable legal regulations
Minimum 3 years work experience in the same position or collection/remedial field, preferably from financing (leasing), banking, or financial institution industry
