Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field
- 2–3 years of experience leading a team or branch operations
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Experience in the education, tutoring, or EdTech industry is preferred
- Proven track record of achieving new student enrollment targets
- Experience in branch budget management and operational management
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse, dynamic team.
