- Branch Manager
- to lead our growth across
- Makassar and Manado
- The Mission
This isn’t a “maintain what’s already there” role. It’s a build it, own it, grow it role. You’ll decide where we open, who we hire, how we launch, and how we win across Sulawesi, from scouting the perfect mall location in Makassar to cutting the ribbon on opening day in Manado, and keeping every store running strong after that.
- What You’ll Do
- Area Development
- Build a data-driven expansion roadmap for Makassar, Manado, and the wider Sulawesi region
- Research market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior in South and North Sulawesi to guide growth
- Deliver periodic reports and insights on area performance and opportunities
- New Store Openings (Mall Focus)
- Identify and evaluate the best mall and street store locations in Makassar and Manado
- Lead site selection, lease negotiation, and store setup through to grand opening
- Coordinate store layout, branding, merchandising, and operational readiness
- Run marketing and promotional activations to drive footfall and brand awareness
- Branch Operations & Leadership
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing, service-oriented team in both cities
- Oversee daily operations with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and profitability
- Build strong relationships with mall management and landlords
- What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in retail (fashion or beauty)
- Proven track record opening stores in malls, street locations, and resorts, including site selection, leasing, setup, and launch
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and mall leasing processes
- Experience in franchisee recruitment, training, and operational support
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for growth and execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Based in Makassar and willing to travel regularly to Manado
- Familiarity with the Sulawesi retail market and local consumer culture is a plus
