Job Description

• Assist in managing and engaging brand communities.
• Support community activities, events, and offline activations.
• Coordinate with KOLs, creators, communities, and external partners.
• Assist in developing creative engagement programs and community initiatives.
• Handle community database, communication, and administrative tasks.
• Support event preparation, execution, and post-event reporting.
• Monitor social media trends and explore new community engagement opportunities.

Kualifikasi

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
• Confident and presentable when representing the brand and interacting with communities and external partners.
• Creative and able to develop ideas for community activities, engagement programs, and brand activations.
• Familiar with the latest social media trends, pop culture, lifestyle, and community trends.
• Basic content creation skills using Canva, CapCut, or other creative tools.
• Experience managing communities, joining campus organizations, or being part of a student council.
• Experience collaborating with brands, sponsors, vendors, or external partners.
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
