Requirements
- Bachelor Degree all major
- 1–3 Years Experience in Related Position (Brand Development, Business Development, Key Account, atau Affiliate Marketing)
- Understanding of the Affiliate Program on TikTok and Shopee is preferred
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with brands/partners
- Familiar with basic sales/partnership metrics (conversion rate, GMV, commission structure)
- Comfortable doing outreach and cold approach to potential brand partners
- Excellent Negotiating Skill
- Excellent Communication Skill (written & verbal)
- Excellent Teamwork
- Detail-oriented and target-driven
- Hardworking
- Willing to work on-site (office-based)
