About the role
- We are seeking an experienced
- Brand Manager
- to join our dynamic team at
- PT Bali Hai Brewery Indonesia
. As our Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive the growth and success of our flagship beer brand. This is a full-time position based in our office in North Jakarta.
- What you'll be doing
- Developing and executing brand strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to increase brand awareness and loyalty
- Conducting market research and analysing consumer insights to inform brand positioning and messaging
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and advertising, to ensure a cohesive brand experience
- Managing the brand's promotional activities, including events, sponsorships, and digital marketing
- Monitoring and evaluating brand performance, and making data-driven decisions to optimise marketing efforts
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for the brand
- Effectively communicating brand strategies and performance to key stakeholders
- What we're looking for
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the beer or FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of brand strategy, marketing mix, and consumer behaviour
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis and insights generation to drive strategic decision-making
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative brand initiatives
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
