About the role

We are seeking a creative and articulate Branding Communication and Design Intern to join the dynamic team at Nora Dynamic Sport in Surabaya, Jawa Timur. This full-time internship offers hands-on experience at the intersection of brand communication, content creation, and graphic design within the sports industry. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to craft visual and verbal messaging that strengthens our brand identity, engages our audience, and supports our marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for aspiring creatives who want to build a strong portfolio spanning both design and communication while contributing to real-world projects for a growing sports brand.

• Key responsibilities
• Assist in the creation of visual content including logos, social media graphics, promotional materials, and brand assets
• Craft and refine brand messaging, including social media captions, campaign copy, and promotional text that aligns with our brand voice
• Support the development and implementation of branding and communication guidelines across all company materials and channels
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and write engaging content for digital and print campaigns
• Assist in planning and producing content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency in both visual style and tone of voice
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for brand storytelling, campaigns, and community engagement
• Maintain consistency of brand visual identity and messaging across all projects and platforms
• Assist in updating and organising design and content files, ensuring proper documentation and version control
• Gather feedback from team members and incorporate revisions into design and copy work promptly
• Support the creation of product packaging, labels, and other design collateral as needed
• What we're looking for

Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Communication Science, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools (e.g. Figma, Canva)
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging copy in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• A portfolio demonstrating creative design work, content creation, or visual communication abilities
• Understanding of branding principles, brand voice, colour theory, and typography
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and current content trends
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistency across design and messaging
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Ability to take constructive feedback and implement revisions promptly
• Enthusiasm for sports, fitness, and the dynamics of brand building
• Preferably, experience with social media content creation, copywriting, or a previous internship in design, communication, or marketing
