As a Branding & PR Specialist at ScaleOcean, you will play a key role in shaping the company's public image and managing relationships with both the media and our clients. You will be responsible for executing branding strategies, overseeing public relations campaigns, and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. In addition, you will plan and organize events, collaborations, and partnerships to enhance ScaleOcean's visibility in the ERP industry and further establish its reputation as a trusted solution provider. This position provides an exciting opportunity to blend creative strategy with client relationship management while contributing to ScaleOcean’s growth and market presence.

• Job Requirements
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in branding, public relations, or corporate communications.
• Proven experience in client relationship management and event coordination.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in planning and executing PR campaigns and events.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
• Proficiency in content creation and managing press relationships.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.

• Daily Responsibilities
• Develop and distribute press releases, articles, and content to promote ScaleOcean’s brand.
• Manage media inquiries, build relationships with journalists, and coordinate interviews.
• Communicate regularly with clients to maintain positive relationships and handle any issues.
