JOB DESCRIPTION

- Bridge System Engineer & Client Communication

Work directly at the client's office in Tokyo to clarify technical and business requirements in Japanese.

Communicate with the client, provide progress updates, identify and manage risks, and act as the primary bridge between the client and the Offshore Team in Vietnam.

Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the client and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

- AWS Infrastructure & IaC

• Design, implement, and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and AWS CDK.
• Optimize infrastructure performance, cost efficiency, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure reliable and scalable cloud environments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must have

- Japanese Language

• JLPT N2 or above with business-level Japanese proficiency.
• Ability to communicate fluently and handle technical/business discussions directly with Japanese clients.

- Technical Expertise

• From 2 years (Middle) to 5+ years (Senior) of hands-on experience with AWS and IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, DevOps pipelines, and Cloud Security principles.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions.

Nice to have

• AWS certification(s) at the Associate or Professional level.
• Experience working with Japanese clients or in a Japanese business environment.
