Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is a must.
• At least 1 years experiences in landed house project development
• Good knowledge of work execution method & sequence.
• Good knowledge of work result checking method.
• Good knowledge of work reporting method.
• Proficient in using Ms.Office software.
• Proficient in using CAD software.
• Willing to be placed in all Metland Kairagi, Manado

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise the site work execution continuously.
• Quality checking of material used.
• Carry out engineering related work, such as shop drawing checking, progress evaluation, etc.
• Optimize design when necessary carry out.
• Reporting to the project manager.
