Business Analyst - Corporate

To support the Board of Directors and Functional Leaders by providing accurate, timely, and data-driven business analysis to identify business opportunities, risks, and challenges, and to deliver clear analytical insights and recommendations that support informed decision-making and business performance improvement.

Business & Market Data Collection

Collect, consolidate, and validate end-to-end business and operational data across all departments, including Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HCGA, Legal, IT, and Regulatory.

• Ensure data completeness, consistency, and traceability to support cross-functional and company-wide analysis.
• Maintain structured datasets and documentation to enable recurring analysis and management reporting.
• Cross-Functional Business Analysis & Risk Assessment

Analyze integrated business and operational data to identify performance gaps, process inefficiencies, operational risks, and systemic issues across departments.

Conduct root cause analysis on cross-department challenges affecting productivity, cost efficiency, compliance, and business continuity.

Assess business and regulatory impact of internal changes, process adjustments, or external policy updates relevant to the e-cigarette industry.

Management Insight, Recommendation & Decision Support

Prepare company-wide analytical insights, dashboards, presentations and reports to support Board of Directors in understanding overall business health and operational effectiveness.

Develop fact-based recommendations to support decisions related to organizational improvement, process optimization, cost control, and risk mitigation.

• Provide timely analytical support for Board discussions, management reviews, and ad-hoc strategic or operational decision needs
• Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Performance, Operations Analysis, Corporate Planning, PMO, or Consulting.
• Proven experience supporting Director-level or executive management reporting and decision-making.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or regulated industries (tobacco, e-cigarette, pharmaceutical, or similar) is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Experience with BI tools and dashboard development
• Ability to analyze cross-functional business and operational data
• Capability to translate data into clear insights and practical recommendations for management
• Good understanding of business processes and basic risk & compliance considerations
