- Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across business and technical teams.
- Conduct requirement elicitation through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Use Cases, and other functional documentation.
- Analyze business processes, identify business rules, and translate business needs into functional requirements for the development team.
- Collaborate closely with business users, developers, QA, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support system design discussions and ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives.
- Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario preparation and issue tracking.
- Assist in change management activities, user documentation, and knowledge transfer when required.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- in IT projects.
- Prior experience in the Insurance industry is mandatory.
- Experience working on system implementation, digital transformation, or application development projects.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, requirement gathering, process mapping (BPMN/UML), and documentation.
- Ability to create BRD, FSD, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- LOMA certification is preferred.
- Available to join immediately or on short notice (ASAP).
