Job Description
- Identify and analyze business needs through discussions, interviews, and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Translate business problems into clear and actionable requirements, including
- BRD/FSD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Analyze as-is processes, identify bottlenecks, gaps, and risks, and design to-be processes and improvements.
- Evaluate potential solutions based on business requirements, feasibility, and associated risks.
- Develop
- manual testing scenarios and support the UAT process.
- Utilize data to validate requirements, monitor KPIs, and support business decision-making.
- Ensure all requirements, processes, and related documentation are clearly and systematically documented.
Act as a bridge between business, management, developers, QA, vendors, and operations to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of requirements gathering and business process analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of
- APIs, SQL/databases, system integration, authentication, and frontend/backend
- concepts.
- Familiarity with
- Jira, Confluence, Figma, Postman, and BPMN/UML/flowcharts
- is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and able to translate business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements.
