- 📍 Location: Puri - Jakarta Barat
- 🕐 Work Type: Onsite
- 📅 Experience: Min 4 Years
- 📝 Note: Must have a pure Business Analyst background. Project Manager or System Analyst roles will not be considered.
- 🧑💻 Your Responsibilities
- ▪️ Provide solutions aligned with business goals.
- ▪️ Act as the link between business teams and IT developers.
- ▪️ Conduct Gap Analysis and define system requirements.
- ▪️ Analyze and recommend process improvements.
- ▪️ Prepare and execute SIT tests; support UAT.
- ▪️ Proactively identify and report project risks.
- ▪️ Prepare core documentation (BRD, Business Case, UAT sign-off).
- 🔍 What We Need
- 🔹 Min. 4 years experience as a Business Analyst.
- 🔹 Strong understanding of Project Management principles.
- 🔹 Familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- 🔹 Experience in solution design.
- 🔹 Excellent skills in risk identification and mitigation.
- 🔹 Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
