Requirement

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
• Team player and self-learner.
• Min 2 years experience working as IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or IT Project Manager.
• Basic knowledge on SQL to select data from multiple tables for analysis and
• testing purpose.
• Has experience working in insurance industry is a great plus

• Collect and analyze business requirement on product development.
• Coordinate communication between IT, product management, and operation team.
• Define development scope and perform impact analysis on the development.
• Create testing scenarios and perform functionality test.
• Perform analisys and troubleshooting on technical issues.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Develop project documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure the product development can be completed on-time and within scope, from requirement gathering to system deployment.
• Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule.
