  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and project teams to ensure alignment.
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions between business and technical teams.
  • Identify process improvements and recommend solutions.
  • Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate system functionality.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Bachelor Degree from Top University.
  • Min. 4 years of experience as an BA in banking area
  • Understanding of SDLC as BA
  • Understand to read programming
  • Ability to create BRD, FSD, and workflow diagrams.
  • English fluently
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
