- Process improvement: Analyze existing business processes and recommend optimization and efficiency strategies.
- Requirements collection: collecting, recording and validating business requirements for new projects or plans.
- Communication: Effectively convey findings, recommendations, and progress to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or Operations Analyst.
- Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
- Good command of English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
