Job requirements

Minimum Diploma/S1, Bachelor's degree graduate majoring in Sharia Economics, Banking, Accounting, Management, or other related fields.

Minimum 1 year experience in the multifinance, banking, or automotive dealer industry is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have a strong interest) and have experience in general insurance will be advantage

• Have a strong sales spirit and be able to conduct persuasive but ethical negotiations
• Good relationship & strong interpersonal skills

Good knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office especially in Power Point and Excel (e.g. IF statements, pivot tables) for data use and reporting.

• Initiative person, hard worker and team player.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills able to conduct deep-dive analysis for product feature optimization and trouble shooting.
