Business Development Coordinator

Eat Pizza Indonesia, Korea's #1 viral pizza chain, is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join our fast-paced and innovative team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic business development initiatives, helping drive the company's growth and expansion.

You will coordinate cross-functional projects, prepare presentations, reports, and business documents, and facilitate communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. You will also organize meetings, track project milestones, maintain business records, and assist in the preparation of proposals and other strategic materials.

As a key member of the Business Development team, you will ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly by supporting administrative processes, coordinating team activities, and assisting with special projects. Your ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and proactively support business initiatives will enable the team to focus on high-impact strategic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management: Updating and maintaining databases, ppts, spreadsheets.

Communication: Handling correspondence, preparing reports, and managing information flow. Providing information and answering inquiries and collaborating with team members to support projects.

• Project Support: Assisting with special projects and initiatives as directed by the Business Development manager.
• Confidentiality: Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Administrative Tasks: Completing a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Reporting: Conducting research and preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.

Special Projects: Support cross-functional initiatives and undertake ad hoc business development and administrative projects as assigned by the Business Development Manager.

Requirements

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset and the willingness to work as part of a dynamic team
• Hardworking, determined and respects confidentiality
• English speaking is a must
• Flexible schedule
