Role Description The Business Development Intern role is a full-time, full remote position based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The intern will support lead generation activities, including identifying potential clients, updating prospect lists, and assisting with outreach campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research on competitors and customer segments, preparing reports and presentations, and contributing to business proposals and pitch materials. The intern will also assist with customer service follow-ups, maintaining communication with partners and clients, and coordinating with internal teams to support sales and partnership initiatives.

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market and business data to support decision-making.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for internal and external stakeholders.

• Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities, with an interest in identifying prospects and supporting sales pipeline development.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather insights on trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship building, and client satisfaction.
• Interest in the food, hospitality, or events industry and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting, managing time and tasks effectively.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and basic CRM or sales tools is an advantage.
