professional to join PT. Daewoong Pharmaceutical Indonesia in South Jakarta. This is a full-time position designed for someone passionate about driving growth and expanding our market presence in the pharmaceutical sector. As a Business Development professional, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and accelerating revenue growth. This position is essential to our company's expansion strategy and will directly contribute to our success in the competitive pharmaceutical market.

• Key responsibilities
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector to support company growth objectives
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to enter new markets and expand existing market share
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, distributors, and potential partners
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy and positioning
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements with new clients and business partners
• Collaborate with internal departments including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify emerging opportunities and threats
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and business cases for senior management review and approval
• Track and report on business development metrics and KPIs to measure success and inform strategic adjustments
• What we're looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum 4-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or new business growth within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, regulatory environment, and healthcare sector dynamics in Indonesia
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
• Strategic thinking capability with the ability to develop and execute long-term business plans
• Proficiency in market analysis and competitive intelligence
• Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel within Indonesia as required for business development activities
• Preferred experience with healthcare partnerships, distribution networks, or pharmaceutical product launches
