Job Description

• Improvement Suggestion and implementation for Business process improvement/re-engineering and problem-solving
• Network visit
• Development of Guidelines for network/branch activities
• Report updates to BOD – Weekly based
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement with appropriate method

Requirements

• Min Bachelors Degree All Major
• preferably to have knowledge about Lean Six Sigma and an understanding of running Improvement Culture in the Company
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
