Tanggung Jawab
- Managing, analyzing, and providing reports on all ongoing business programs.
- Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex datasets.
Communicating insights/recommendations derived from business trends/patterns to collaborate with other teams in determining business strategies and program development.
- Conducting analysis based on customer behavior to drive the creation of promotions/campaigns that meet customer needs.
- Developing business strategies and budgets in collaboration with other teams to ensure effective and efficient budget utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (Min. Semester 5).
- Passionate about banking industry.
- Experienced with SQL and Python is preffered.
- Understanding data warehouse concept.
- Ability to do data visualization (PowerBI/Tableau, etc) is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking and ability to frame issues in a logical manner.
- Prior internship experience is preferred, but not a must.
