• Business Operation Specialist

to join our team! Are you passionate about combining data analysis, business development, and financial operations to scale our presence? We are looking for a vibrant professional to drive our venue partnerships, manage financial workflows, and optimize operational growth!

What You Will Do

Manage end-to-end business operations and administrative workflows for venue partnerships, including contract terms, contract details, revenue-sharing arrangements, billing requirements, and installation statuses.

Oversee contract preparations, negotiations, signings, renewals, and documentation with the Acquisition and Legal teams.

Coordinate installation schedules and cross-functional documentation tracking, proactively resolving bottlenecks and outstanding requirements.

Oversee the preparation and distribution of monthly venue revenue-sharing reports, validating calculations (campaign details, advertising periods, applicable discounts, delivery records) with relevant teams.

Oversee venue invoice submissions, manage dispute resolutions, and prevent settlement delays by enforcing stringent financial controls.

Verify invoices against approved revenue-sharing reports, partnering closely with Business Control and Finance on payment processing, discrepancy resolution, and audit readiness.

• Monitor payment tracking to completion, manage final confirmations, and maintain complete audit-trail records for compliance.
• Coordinate venue requests for internal content with Media teams, ensuring materials, approvals, and playback schedules align.

Serve as the administrative contact for venue partners, handling complex inquiries regarding contracts, reporting, installation, or financial disputes.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of working experience
• in Business Operations.
• Has basic knowledge of
• Finance, Accounting, or a related field. accounting principles, invoicing, and revenue-sharing reconciliation.
• Bachelor's degree
• in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in partnership development, stakeholder management
• , or business collaboration is a strong advantage.
• MUST be fluent in English
• , with the ability to communicate professionally and prepare financial/business correspondence in English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Exceptional numerical accuracy
