Qualifications

- Minimum
- 2 years of experience

- leadership role within a technology company, fintech, payment gateway, or a related industry
- Minimum
- 7 years of overall professional experience in Business Development, Product Management, or Product Development
- Proven experience in leading, developing, and evaluating the performance of Business & Product teams
- Strong understanding of the
- Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC)
- , from planning through implementation
- Demonstrated ability to develop business strategies, product strategies, and market expansion initiatives
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Experienced in collaborating with Engineering, Quality Assurance (QA), Operations, and external stakeholders
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Results oriented with a strong focus on innovation, target achievement, and continuous improvement
Responsibilities
Lead the Business & Product Division and be accountable for achieving business targets and driving the company's product development initiatives
- Develop and execute Business & Product strategies aligned with the company's vision, mission, and business objectives
- Define and manage the product roadmap based on market trends, customer needs, and the company's strategic direction
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and drive business growth
- Lead, mentor, and manage Product Owners and Business & Product team members to achieve departmental KPIs
Collaborate closely with the Engineering, QA, Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure products are developed in accordance with business requirements and regulatory standards
- Monitor and evaluate product performance, business activities, and market trends, while developing continuous improvement strategies
- Manage the Business & Product Division's budget, work plans, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare and present periodic reports on business performance, product progress, and divisional achievements to the Board of Directors
- Serve as the key strategic decision maker for product development initiatives and business growth opportunities
