We're currently recruiting a Business Development professional on behalf of an AI-driven career clarity platform based in Singapore. Our client helps professionals and students understand their unique personality and potential, guiding them toward career paths that truly fit — using a proprietary AI system built on modern personality science and deep human insight

About the Role

The Business Development professional will play a key role in expanding the company's reach and revenue by identifying new partnership and growth opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients/partners (e.g. schools, universities, corporates, or individual professionals), and driving the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.

• What You'll Be Doing
• Identify, prospect, and reach out to potential clients/partners (B2B and/or B2C, to confirm)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, partners, and existing clients
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales/partnership targets
• Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for prospective clients
• Negotiate and close deals/partnerships
• Track pipeline, report performance, and provide market feedback to leadership
• Represent the company at events, webinars, or networking opportunities
• What You Need
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working with data/CRM tools to manage pipeline
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
• Good spoken and written English
