We are hiring : Business Support and Retail

Currenlty we are hiring for Business Support & Retail (Luxury brand), which will be placed in one of the largest FMCG company in South Jakarta.

Key Responsibility

-Monthly Marketing Support, process order delivery for all PLVs on GWP, PR, Marketing & Mechandising related, arrange delivery (coop with sell-in excect for delivery schedule to tag with FGs)

-Arranging all PO submissions throught system my market, recapping all PO budget in the brand budget spending, creating assets numbers & GR-in all PO after requesterors make sure all goods received & concilidating base sell out report, MOMs & BR analysis.

-Product Registration including recalling all NPDs needed to be registered, arranging monthly reporting.

-Managing brand collaterals including liasing with purchasing team for brand collateral orders(i.e shippjng boxes, local molding), arranging the delivery from store/vendors to ecomm & stores
