Versailles Attorney at Law is seeking a Business Relationship Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in South Jakarta. • What you'll be doing
• Developing and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for expanded services
• Supporting the business development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and leads
• Coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client communication
• Preparing client proposals, presentations, and documentation to support business development efforts
• Maintaining detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and requirements in our client management systems
• Assisting in the organisation and execution of client events, networking functions, and firm initiatives
• Liaising between clients and internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the client experience
• Contributing to the development of business strategies and marketing materials that support firm growth
• Monitoring industry trends and market opportunities relevant to our service offerings
• What we're looking for
• Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, or a similar role within a professional services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues at all levels
• Excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency in CRM systems and general IT competency
• A solid understanding of the legal services industry or a keen willingness to learn
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset
• Preferred: Experience working within a law firm or legal services organisation
• Preferred: Knowledge of Indonesian business practices and market dynamics
