About the role
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Butler Staff member to join our team and help create memorable experiences for our guests at Kerjim Wooden Villa, a unique hospitality experience combining traditional wooden architecture with modern comfort in a serene Balinese setting.
- Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide personalized service throughout their stay
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out when required
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and other special requests
- Maintain the cleanliness, comfort, and readiness of guest areas
- Provide information about villa facilities, services, and local attractions
- Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering attentive and high-quality service
- Follow company procedures and hospitality service standards
- About you
- Previous experience in a butler, guest service, front office, or hospitality position is preferred
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in hospitality are welcome to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic to good English communication skills
- Friendly, polite, honest, responsible, and well-groomed
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for guest service
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
- Willing to learn and contribute to the team's success
