Butler

Join our team at Cala Brava, a brand new complex in the heart of Padang Padang. As a Butler, you will be responsible for delivering personalized, attentive service while supporting daily villa operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The role combines Front Office, guest service, room cleaning, and basic pool maintenance.

• What You'll Be Doing
• Welcome guests and provide warm, personalized, and professional service throughout their stay.
• Handle daily Front Office operations, including guest check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest requests.
• Assist guests with inquiries, arrangements, and any special requests to ensure a smooth and memorable stay.
• Maintain guest rooms to a high standard cleaning.
• Carry out daily swimming pool maintenance, including pool cleaning, water quality checks, and basic pool chemical handling.
• Ensure all common areas and facilities are clean, well-maintained, and presented to a high standard.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day villa operations and an excellent guest experience.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs, paying close attention to details and anticipating guest expectations.
• What We're Looking For
• At least 1 year of experience as a Butler, Front Office, Guest Service, or similar role in a hotel, villa, or luxury resort environment.
• Good understanding of Front Office operations, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and handling guest requests.
• Previous experience in maintaining guest rooms according to hospitality standards.
• Ability to carry out daily swimming pool maintenance, including cleaning, water quality checks, and basic pool chemical handling.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude with passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work independently.
