• Cafe Manager

to join our small team in Nyang Nyang. This is a dynamic position that requires someone who can seamlessly transition between front-of-house and back-of-house duties, delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards throughout operation. As manager, you will be integral to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests whilst ensuring smooth daily operations. This role offers the opportunity to develop a comprehensive skill set within the vibrant sector of one of Bali's growing locations.

• Key responsibilities
• Greeting guests warmly, creating a positive first impression
• Taking customer orders and processing payments using point-of-sale systems
• Preparing and serving freshly-made juices, and assisting food preparation and plating as required
• Constantly maintaining a neat and hygienic environment at all times
• Restocking supplies and maintaining inventory awareness
• Communicating and leading team members to ensure efficiency and enjoyment
• Following food safety and hygiene protocols consistently
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving concerns professionally
• What we're looking for
• Previous experience in café, restaurant or hospitality service, whether in a front-of-house or all-rounder capacity
• Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during peak service periods
• Strong communication skills in English
• Flexibility and adaptability, with willingness to learn multiple café functions
• Attention to detail regarding food presentation, cleanliness and accuracy
• Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to support team members
• Basic knowledge of café operations and beverage preparation preferred
• Food hygiene certification or willingness to obtain one
