What you’ll do
- Lead & manage the cafe team
- Manage daily cafe operations
- Handle stock & inventory
- Manage purchasing & supplier coordination
- Maintain service, product & cafe standards
- Create a positive experience for every guest
What we’re looking for
- Experience as a barista / cafe team leader
- Good communication & leadership skills
- Organized, proactive, and responsible
- Passionate about coffee & hospitality
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
