Call Center

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma degree preferably communication, marketing graduates
• Maximum age 30 years old
• Have a very good attitude and communication skills
• At least 1 year of job experience or internship experience
• A responsive and problem solving person
• Familiar with shifting schedule
• Must be able to speak English (basic english)
• Willing to work in PIK - North Jakarta

Responsibilities

• Manage in receiving and responding to customers via phone (inbound and outbound calls) to resolve their issues
• Respond to all customer request in an accurate and timely manner
• Have knowledge about products (product knowledge) or services offered by the company
• Provide information that customer want about a product as complete as possible
• Generate service report containing user feedback, complaints and suggestions
