We are looking for a Capital Market & Investor Relations Manager to lead and coordinate the Company's investor relations, corporate secretary, regulatory compliance, and corporate action activities. This is a hands-on role that requires more than technical knowledge or administrative coordination. The successful candidate must understand the Company's business, interpret financial and market information, communicate effectively with investors and regulators, and translate complex matters into clear, actionable insights for management. Working closely with senior management, you will play a key role in managing the Company's capital market obligations, strengthening investor engagement, supporting strategic corporate actions, and maintaining the Company's reputation and positioning in the capital market.
Coordinate investor meetings, briefings, and other engagement activities, supporting senior management in communicating the Company's performance, strategy, and investment proposition
Ensure consistency and accuracy across investor communications and corporate disclosures
Coordinate regulatory reporting, disclosures, announcements, and submissions to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX/BEI), the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and other relevant authorities
Prepare and review official correspondence and regulatory documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements and deadlines
5–8 years of relevant experience in Capital Markets, Investor Relations, Corporate Secretary, Investment Banking, Equity Research, or related functions
