About the role
Cashier & Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent service to customers, operating the POS system, receiving and recording orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring the operational area remains clean, neat, and comfortable.
- Key responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers in a friendly, polite, and professional manner
- Operate the POS system and process cash and non-cash transactions
- Receive, record, and ensure customer orders are accurate
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to operational standards
- Deliver orders to customers when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the cashier area, dining room, and service area
- Ensure product displays are attractive and front area stock is maintained
- Handle customer questions, complaints, or requests appropriately
- Perform cashier opening and closing procedures according to protocol
- Assist with other outlet operational tasks as needed
- About you
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Experience in F&B, restaurants, cafés, bakery, or hospitality is a plus
- Able to operate POS systems or willing to learn
- Honest, disciplined, responsible, and highly initiative-driven
- Neat appearance, clean, and communicative
- Able to work individually and as part of a team
- Willing to work shift systems, including weekends and public holidays
- Good customer service skills
- Effective communication
- Detail-oriented in transactions and order recording
- Able to work quickly in a dynamic environment
