- Salary: IDR 2,700,000–3,500,000 per month
Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented staff member to join a new ice cream shop in Kuta, Lombok. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills and be comfortable handling cashier duties and serving customers.
- Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, take orders, and serve ice cream.
- Handle cash, process payments, and operate the cashier system.
- Communicate with customers in English and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the shop.
- Monitor inventory and restock products when necessary.
- Ensure the shop is organized and daily operations run smoothly.
Requirements
- Good spoken English and communication skills.
- Basic cashiering and cash-handling skills.
- Previous experience in F&B, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
- Friendly, honest, responsible, and punctual.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work 8 hours per day, including evening shifts.
- Available to start in approximately two weeks.
