Tanggung Jawab

• Maintain relationships and communication with suppliers to understand their problems, available items and volume capacity.
• Create Purchase Orders for suppliers based on the Inventory and Demand Forecast from the Supply Chain team.
• Negotiate with suppliers on the Buying Price.
• Do daily monitoring and analysis for Buying Price, Fulfillment Rate and Timeliness of suppliers.
• Coordinate with Downstream and QC team for Supplier Inbound Time Slot

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree with a strong academic background, i.e. a GPA > 3.00. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome.
• Data-driven and good with numbers.
• Proficient in Google Sheets / Ms. Excel.

Strong intellectual curiosity, proactive mindset, attention to detail, a structured approach to problem-solving, and excellent negotiation skills.

• Able to manage daily conversations with suppliers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Have basic knowledge of Agriculture
• Willing to WFO (Hybrid Arragement) to Segari's Head Office in Cirendeu.
