Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze and validate Change Request (CR) requirements from business users and stakeholders.
- Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Change Request documentation, process flows, and impact analysis for system enhancements.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business users throughout the CR implementation lifecycle.
Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect analysis and resolution, and Go-Live activities to ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive CR documentation and ensure enhancements are delivered on time with minimal impact on existing systems.
- Provide post-implementation support and assist in issue analysis during the Hypercare period.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- as a Business Analyst, with involvement in at least
- 4–5 end-to-end SDLC projects
- Strong knowledge in
