Kualifikasi

• Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef, or similar role.
• Proven proficiency in a range of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Strong understanding and adherence to Food Safety & Hygiene Standards (HACCP).
• Excellent Recipe Execution & Consistency, ensuring dishes meet quality standards every time.
• Demonstrated ability in Kitchen Management & Organization to maintain an efficient workspace.
• Effective Teamwork & Communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff.
• Basic understanding of Inventory Management & Cost Control principles is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
