Deskripsi pekerjaan Chief Accountant Safari Wonders
Safari Wonders is looking for a Chief Accountant to join our team and take a key role in managing and ensuring the accuracy of our financial operations.
Job Description
- Oversee daily accounting and financial reporting activities
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly & annual financial closing
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
- Monitor tax compliance and coordinate with relevant parties
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Lead and develop the Accounting & Finance team
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors when required
- Provide regular financial reports, analysis, and insights to management and the Chief Financial Officer of Taman Safari Indonesia
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably with leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting
- Experience in financial closing, budgeting, and audit processes
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or multi-outlet business is a plus
