PT Nextgen Ventures Internasional is seeking a strategic, dynamic, and results-driven female leader to serve as **President & CEO / Managing Director** of a subsidiary developing a B2B and B2C platform for home services, property maintenance, and building facilities services.

The platform connects individuals, households, property managers, and businesses with a network of professional service partners to address maintenance, repair, and property improvement needs through integrated digital services.

As President & CEO, you will be responsible for the company’s strategic direction, business development, and operational performance. You will be expected to unlock the platform’s potential, expand its market reach, strengthen its partner ecosystem, and build a competitive and sustainable business.

• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute business growth strategies for both B2B and B2C segments.
• Expand the professional partner network, ensuring service capacity, quality, and coverage meet market needs.
• Establish strategic partnerships with corporate clients, property managers, communities, and other business partners.
• Lead business, operations, marketing, and technology teams to align platform development with customer needs and conditions on the ground.
• Optimize end-to-end service delivery, from customer requests and partner assignments to job completion, quality assessment, and customer satisfaction.
• Set performance targets and drive results across revenue, profitability, partner productivity, and service quality.
• Identify market opportunities and resolve business challenges through timely, sound, and data-informed decisions.
• Qualifications and Desired Attributes
• A female professional with at least a bachelor’s degree and 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience, including team leadership or business development.
• An extensive professional network and the ability to turn relationships into business opportunities and productive partnerships.
• A strong understanding of home services, property maintenance, or building facilities services, including customer needs and how service partners operate in the field.
• Strong commercial and operational judgment, including pricing, quality standards, skilled workforce capacity, and timely job completion.
• An agile, adaptable, and proactive approach, with the ability to perform effectively in a growing business.
• A willingness to take a hands-on role in market development, partner engagement, and resolving strategic challenges in the field.
• Strong capabilities in Leadership, Business Development, Networking, Strategic Planning, Marketing Strategy, Team Management, and Customer Experience.
• A demonstrable track record in revenue growth, partnership development, market expansion, or operational performance improvement.
• Experience developing digital platforms, marketplaces, or businesses supported by field-based partner networks is an advantage.
