• Account Management & Client Relations
• Manage, maintain, and develop long-term business relationships with a portfolio of Mandarin-speaking corporate clients.

Serve as the primary point of contact (trusted advisor) to address all business needs, inquiries, and operational troubleshooting. Understand clients' business models and needs to provide appropriate solutions and identify new business opportunities (up-selling / cross-selling).

Business Communication & Translation (Chinese Desk Specialist)

Handle all official business correspondence including emails, contracts, proposals, and reports in Mandarin, Indonesian, and English accurately.

• Facilitate and lead business meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations with Mandarin-speaking clients or expatriates.
• Bridge the business cultural gap between foreign clients and internal company teams to ensure smooth operational alignment.
