Chinese Mandarin Teacher (Laoshi) for Balikpapan

We are an established pre-school with more than 20 years experience and located all over Indonesia. One of our branch in Balikpapan is looking for Chinese Mandarin Teacher / Laoshi.

Job Description

• Prepare and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
• Encourage positive behavior and guide children using appropriate classroom management techniques.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, needs, and achievements.
• Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administrators to support program goals.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements.

Requirements

• University graduate / Bachelor's Degree
• Fluent in Mandarin, written and oral
• Has teaching experience, especially pre-school kids
• Patient with children, energetic, creative, able to handle pressure, and discipline person
• Able to sing and familiar with children's songs
• Team player, computer literate (Ms Office suite)
• Skilled at building strong rapport with both colleagues and parents
