Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Chinese Speaker (Mandarin) – Finance to support our Finance Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in daily financial operations, preparing financial documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and facilitating communication between Indonesian and Chinese teams.

• Key Responsibilities
• Assist in daily finance and accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Prepare and process payment requests, bank transfers, and reimbursement documents.
• Verify invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain financial records and ensure proper documentation filing.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Support budget monitoring, expense tracking, and cash flow reporting.
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, auditors, tax consultants, and other external parties when required.
• Translate financial documents, reports, emails, and business correspondence between Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Act as an interpreter during finance meetings and discussions with Chinese management and business partners.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management.
• Assist in tax administration and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and applicable accounting standards.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting (Fresh graduates with excellent Mandarin proficiency are welcome to apply).
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and Bahasa Indonesia.
• English proficiency is an advantage.
• HSK Level 5 or above is preferred.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in a Chinese company or multinational environment.
• Knowledge of Indonesian taxation and financial regulations is an advantage.
• Experience in handling financial reporting, payment processing, and bank reconciliation.
