We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Civil Engineer specializing in Water Resources and Site Management. In this role, you will lead the design of hydrological systems, conduct technical calculations according to national standards, and oversee site operations to ensure high-quality execution, safety compliance, and project timeline adherence.
- Key Responsibilities
- Engineering & Technical Design
- Design comprehensive drainage systems, retention basins, flood control structures, and related water infrastructure.
- Perform complex hydrological and hydraulic calculations in compliance with national standards and regulatory frameworks.
Provide technical support for Environmental Impact Assessments (AMDAL), river basin (DAS) master plans, and large-scale water resources projects.
- Execute rigorous quality control (QC) checks across all phases of work to maintain technical standards.
- Site Supervision & Project Coordination
Supervise daily site operations to ensure execution aligns strictly with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
- Direct and coordinate site labor, subcontractors, and vendors to optimize operational efficiency and safety.
- Inspect incoming materials, tools, and heavy equipment to ensure specification compliance.
- Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE/K3) protocols across the project site.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly progress reports highlighting achievements, resource needs, and field challenges.
- Identify potential schedule delays proactively and implement corrective technical or managerial solutions.
- Lead site coordination meetings, maintaining a clean, orderly, and secure working environment.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Hydrology or Water Resources Engineering.
- Excellent Presentation and able to work under pressure
- Experience: Minimum of [e.g., 2–5] years of experience in hydrology planning, hydraulic design, or water infrastructure projects.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software, including HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of national technical standards, building codes, and regulations (e.g., PUPR Ministerial Regulations, SNI).
Leadership & Soft Skills: Proven ability to lead field teams, resolve site disputes, and communicate effectively with engineers, project managers, and external stakeholders.

- Mobility: Willingness to relocate or travel to remote project sites as dictated by business needs.
