- Key Responsibilities
- Prepare structural designs and perform structural analysis using the latest industry-standard engineering software.
- Produce detailed structural drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.
- Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate daily with the Site Supervisor (Mandor), contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Plan and monitor material procurement, logistics, and site deliveries.
- Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and engineering standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and implement quality control procedures throughout all stages of construction.
- Identify technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
- Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, and project documentation.
- Monitor project schedules and assist in ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian building regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical recommendations when required.
