• Civil Repair & Maintenance Manager

to lead our field operations, oversee civil maintenance across properties, and ensure every repair is executed efficiently and to the right standard.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the ground, understands real maintenance challenges, and can lead multiple field teams to deliver consistent results across a growing property portfolio.

• What You’ll Do

Lead Field Operations

Manage multiple field teams responsible for civil repairs, property maintenance, and day-to-day operational issues across multiple properties.

Stay Hands-On

Conduct site visits, inspect property conditions, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure work is executed properly on the ground.

Own Repair & Maintenance

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, including building defects, waterproofing, painting, flooring, ceilings, and other civil works.

Drive Team Performance

Set work priorities, allocate manpower, monitor productivity, and ensure teams meet quality and completion targets.

Solve Problems at the Root

Identify recurring defects, investigate root causes, and implement sustainable solutions instead of temporary fixes.

Control Costs & Quality

Manage maintenance budgets, materials, contractors, and repair costs without compromising quality or safety.

Improve Operations

Build effective maintenance workflows, reporting systems, and performance standards to support scalable property operations.

Collaborate Across Teams

• Work closely with Operations, Property Management, Procurement, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain property standards.
• What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in civil maintenance, building maintenance, facilities management, or property operations.
• Strong experience leading multiple field teams, technicians, or maintenance personnel.
• Hands-on technical knowledge and the ability to assess site conditions, troubleshoot defects, and determine practical repair solutions.
• Experience managing maintenance activities across multiple properties or locations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, workforce planning, and execution skills.
• Comfortable working directly in the field and handling urgent operational issues.
• Able to balance service quality, team productivity, timelines, and maintenance costs.
• Your Experience Is a Plus If You Have
• Experience in coliving, hospitality, serviced apartments, property management, or facilities management.
• Experience working in a technology-driven company, proptech, or a fast-paced operational environment.
• Managed both in-house field teams and third-party contractors.
• Improved maintenance efficiency, reduced recurring defects, or standardized operations across multiple sites.
