Deskripsi pekerjaan Client Relation (Sales Representative) Pilates Re Bar
Job Description
- Drive membership sales by actively promoting studio programs, memberships, and offerings to clients.
- Support daily studio operations and ensure studio readiness before each class.
- Handle member inquiries and concerns professionally while building positive client relationships.
- Coordinate with the Account and Finance teams for daily reporting and administrative matters.
- Manage stock, merchandise, welcome packages, and studio equipment efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared studio environment.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on studio activities and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, customer care, customer service, or client relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented, empathetic, and comfortable handling client inquiries
- Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Able to manage data and records accurately
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
- Willing to work shift schedules
- Placement : Renon, Denpasar Selatan, Bali
